Anyone can create an account or sign in with email. If the service cannot complete a request, the app shows a retryable error without substituting a profile, match or message.
New-member introductions are waiting on adult verification
Adult verification cannot be started in the app yet. New accounts can sign in, but cannot be introduced to other members until verification is available and completed. A healthy service check does not mean this admission step is available.
