Account and sign-in

Use secure sign-in first. Do not send passwords, sign-in links or verification codes to an unverified address.

Waiting for adult verification

Creating an account does not start an adult-verification check. That process cannot be started in the app yet. Your account remains private, and you cannot meet other members until verification is available and completed. You can check your status again or sign out from the admission screen.

Safety concerns

Use the in-conversation safety controls when available. For urgent risk, contact local emergency services first.

A public support mailbox or form is not published yet. If secure sign-in works, use the account and conversation controls. Otherwise, wait for a verified route to be published here; do not send sensitive details to an address found through search or social media.
